If your enquiry is about an apparent bug in the program, please list in your e-mail:
  • the operating system and version (eg Windows XP service pack 2)
  • the hardware spec of your computer (eg Intel Pentium IV 2GHz, 256 MB RAM, sound blaster card)
  • an accurate and detailed description of your problem including the order of things you did that created the problem.
Before submitting a bug report, try and reproduce the problem by repeating the same set of actions that caused the problem in the first place (we understand this can be difficult and confusing to do, so please try your best). All of this information will be useful in enabling us to understand and find a solution to your problem.

Please be aware of world time differences when contacting us. The developers of cuePics are based in the UK (GMT). We will endeavour to reply to your e-mail within 24 hours, although turn-around time may be longer. We will definitely reply to all e-mails and so please be patient.
